The floor plan
Walk the plan before you visit
A cutaway model of the house, drawn from the architects’ room schedule and furnished room by room. Tap any room and the camera steps inside it — or take the tour, and it walks the whole plan at eye height.

Verano Ridge
The ridge keeps its quiet
A lane of eleven houses on the seaward side of the ridge, pines behind and the water below. Nothing here is on the way to anywhere else — which is the point.
The residence
One line, fourteen rooms
The house is organised along a single 78-foot gallery. Every room opens off that one line: bedrooms and baths on the ridge side to the north, and the living rooms strung along the glass to the south, where the veranda runs the full width of the house under its own thin roof.
The section is deliberately simple — a concrete plinth, cedar walls, and a flat roof that lifts to twelve feet over the gallery and great room. Heating is in the slab; the veranda carries the shade in summer and lets the low winter sun reach the back of the plan.
