Prompt Showroom is operated by RooFork LLC, a company registered in Florida, USA. This page explains what the site collects, why, and who helps us process it. We keep it short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us. You can add your email to the newsletter form to hear about new sites and prompts. That address is stored so we can send those updates. Nothing else on the site asks for personal details.
Purchase information, handled by our payment processor. When you buy a prompt, checkout happens on Stripe, which collects the email and card details it needs to take the payment and send your receipt. We never see or store your card number — it does not touch our servers. We use the Stripe checkout record only to confirm that a payment succeeded and to unlock the prompt you bought.
Basic technical data. Like almost every website, our host records ordinary request logs (such as the IP address and browser making a request) to run and protect the service. We also briefly use the requesting IP address to rate-limit the newsletter form against spam; that check is transient and is not stored as a record.

What we do not do

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a few well-known providers to run the site. Each handles data under its own privacy terms:

Stripe — payments and checkout.
Supabase — stores the newsletter email list.
Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
Google Fonts — the pages load their typefaces from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads, as it does for any site using Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep your newsletter email until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. Payment records are retained by Stripe under its own policies and for the tax and accounting periods the law requires. Server logs are short-lived and managed by our host.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the email we hold for you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To make a request, contact the operator, RooFork LLC (see below).

Children

Prompt Showroom is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
